NEW MONTEGRANARO PLANT (MARCHE)
At Montegranaro, in the Marche region, stands the first “garden factory” of the Prada Group. The complex, which consists of two buildings dedicated to the production of formal and sport footwear, has been restored to embody the pioneering representation of the new architectural approach that will characterize the most important industrial sites of the Group.
This project involved the upgrading of all the internal areas for a total of 3,600 square meters and the complete, extensive restructuring of the exterior through terracing that expanded the loading dock area and created 75 new parking slots.
To complement the requalification, the plant received a raw materials warehouse, two service labs for quality control of finished products, a production lab, and a company canteen.
NEW CANTEENS AT LEVANELLA AND BURESTA (AREZZO)
The new company canteens of Levanella and Buresta industrial sites, both in Arezzo province, boast glass walls, outdoor gardens, leisure areas, and detailed attention to decor, furnishings, and the latest technical systems, designed to provide the highest level of service in terms of both quality and organization.
RESTRUCTURING OF SAN GIOVANNI VALDARNO PLANT (AREZZO)
After a major restoration and reorganization, the plant of San Giovanni Valdarno (Arezzo) dedicated to the production of sneakers, was completed with the introduction of new systems and new machinery. A new refectory was also built on the first floor.
LEATHER CUTTING CENTRE AT TERRANUOVA BRACCIOLINI - AREZZO
A new Leather Cutting Centre for the production of leather goods has been built at the Terranuova Bracciolini factory, with the aim of keeping this specific stage of production in-house while at the same time improving quality, efficiency and controlling consumption.
